This backyard Anaconda, Montana wedding, right across the street from Fairmont Hot Springs, was a perfect celebration after being delayed by a pandemic for over 371 days.

Life, like planning a wedding, is all about making adjustments.

Adam and Abby’s backyard Anaconda, Montana wedding was the epitome of this sentiment.

Originally planning for 2020, the world threw the biggest curveball this generation has seen, forcing them to put their plans on hold.

Because of the extra 374 day break, they even added a new family member before the wedding, which only added to the adjustment of planning a wedding and raising a baby at the same time.

When the wedding day finally arrived, it turned into a celebration of so much more than two people joining their lives together.

We celebrated being together again.

We celebrated new faces.

We celebrated a love that weathered unusual storms and came out stronger.

The field behind his parents house offered the perfect backdrop to witness their commitment to each other. The drive way, adorned with outdoor lighting and enough surface area for a giant dance floor, became the center of the party, where the only focus was on the present, not the curveballs of the past.

At the end of the day, if we choose to focus on the good, and choose to accept the adjustments thrown our way in the process with open arms, we can find an absolutely perfect day waiting for us to enjoy and recollect for thousands of days ahead.
